The proposed use is permitted in this zone subject to the consent by resolution of the Council, and subject to such conditions, restrictions and prohibitions as the Council may by resolution impose. [ . 2tu/l TAUPO BOROUGH COUNCIL LAND FOR ADDITIONAL i GOLF COURSE Through the co-operation of the Department of Lands ! and Survey and the Taupo County Council an area of approximately 100 acres of land will be made available for an additional golf course at Taupo. The site is approximately adjacent to the existing course off Tauhara Road. Applications are invited from any person, persons, or groups who may be interested in leasing the land for the development of the land as a golf course. Applicants are invited to submit £uU details of how they could develop and run the course.
