"MUSICALE" FOR TAUPO
A variety show, to raise money for the Taupo Red Cross, will be presented in the Taupo Memorial Hall on May 18, 19 and 20. To be known as the "Musicale," the show will comprise local artists under the presentation of Dorothy Small and the musical direction of Maureen Potter. Entertainment will be in the form of sketches, dances, solo pieces and choir items. The various groups taking part in the "Musicale" have spent the last two months rehearsing and the ! first dress rehearsal was 1 held on Sunday.
