Pursuant to the Transport Regulations 1949, notice is hereby given that the Taupo Borough Council for the purpose of enabling the Taupo Motor Boat and Aquatic Sports Club to hold a Speed Boat Regatta on Lake Taupo proposes, subject ^to ihe approval of the Minister of iransport, to close ihe Taupo - National Park Highway adjacent to Lake Tau'io to ordinary vehicular traffic for 'the period indicated hereunder. During' the proposed period of clQSure, vehicu'ar traffic which would otherwise use the highway will be diverted from Tongariro Street on to Roberts Street, access to the Taupo-N ational Park Highway could then be obtained vra Titiraupenga Street.
