Fublic Notices COUNTY OF TAUPO. BY-LAWS. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Taupo County Council acting through the Taupo County Commissioner pursuant to the Taupo County Act 1954 on the twenty-second day of November 1955 resolved by way of special orders to make the following By-laws : — 1. The Taupo County Council (General) By-law No. 3 of which the object or purport is: — (a) To make provision for a general By-l>aw relating to (i) public places, (ii) scaffolding and deposit of building materials, (iii) hawkers pedlars and itinerant traders, (iv) public libraries, (v) billiard-rooms, (vi) cemeteries, (vii) lawn cemeteries, (viii) household refuse purchasers, (ix) removal of refuse, (x) nuisances, (xi) offensive trades, (xii) sale of second-hand clothing and hiring out of clothing, (xiii) public baths and swimming pools, (xiv) beaches — batning and control, (xv) parks and reserves, (xvi) watercollection areas, (xvii) amusement devices and shooting-galleries, (xviii) water supply, (xix) the keeping of animals poultry and bees, (xx) signs and hoardings, and including date of commencement, charges for copies, fixing > of fees, charges and fines, interpretation and amendments. (b) To adopt parts Introductory to XXV. inclusive (with the exception of parts vm., XVIII., XIX., XXI. and XXIII.) of the " New Zealand Standard Model of General By-laws NZSS 791 " and all amendments thereto and with amendments, modifications and additions as set out in the By-law, 2. The Taupo County Council (Fire Prevention) By-law No. 4 of which the object or purport is:— (a) To make provision for a By-law relating to fire prevention including date of commencement, charge for copies, interpretation and amendments. (b) To adopt the " New Zealand Standard By-law for Fire Prevention NZSS 673 " and all amendments thereto and with amendments, modifications and additions as set out in the By-law. 3. The Taupo County Council (Boardinghouses) By-law No. 5 of which the object or purport is: — (a) To make provision for a By-law relating to the control and licensing of boardinghouses and similar premises including date of commencement, charge for copies, fixing of fees, interpretation and amendments. (b) To adopt the " New Zealand Standard By-law for the Control and Licensing of Boardinghouses and Similar Premises NZSS 390 " and all amendments thereto and with amendments, modifications and additions as set out in the By-law. 4. The Taupo County Council (Precautions against Fire and Panic) By-law No. 6 of which the object and purport is: — (a) To make provision for a By-law relating to precautions against fire and panic in theatres, public halls and assembly halls, including date of commencement, charge for copies, interpretation and amendments (b) To adopt the "New Zealand Standard By-law for Precautions against Fire and Panic in Theatres, Public Halls and Assembly Halls NZSS 789 " and all amendments thereto and with amendments, modifications
