In Ihe Magistratos Court last week Donald William Miliar. aged 27. bulldozer driver. employed by tlie Ministry of Works, pleaded guilty before Justices of the Peace to a charge of theft of au electric razor and a pair of qommando boots from a Geothermal Project liut occupied by anotlier employee. For tlie prosecution Constable W. D. Mills stated that the slolen goods had boen founcl in accused's hut. T.he Court refused aeeused's request for xnppression of his niiine. LIc had several previous convictions. Ile was sentenced to oue month's imprisonmeni in Tongariro Prison.
