Progressive Card Evenings

At the Taupo Women s Bowling Club's weekly card evening on Thursday, September 29, Ihe winner in the woinen's section was Mrs Caikin, the ■consolation going to Mrs Dance. Mr Graliam Pearse w-on the men's soct.on, with the consolation going to Mr Fred Mahanga. On October 6, Mrs Douglas and Mrs Dance won first prize and consolation, respeotively. Mr A. M. Tierney won the men's pi'ize, and Mr W. Rewa the men's consolation. Winners on October 13 were Mrs A. M. Tierney and Mr W. Prosser, with consolations going to Mrs E. C. Ward and Mr A. Caikin.
