Unpaid Electric Light Accounts
When the matter of unpaid electric light accounts was before the recent Council meeting the Town Clerk was instructed that consumers, whose accounts were unpaid at the date of the meter reading following that recorded in the account, were to be disconnected. Cr Stanley said that the staff should have a firrn direction, and Cr Barton considered action should be taken automatically if accounts were unpaid when the next. meter reading was done.
