Bowlers' Card Evening
At the progressive card evening held on Thursday last, September 22, by the Women's Bowling Club, the aggregate was won by Mrs Marett, and Mr W. Rewa, in the women's and men's sections respectively, and the ; consolation prizes by Miss G. Mc- ■ Isaac and Mr F. Mahanga. Special consolation prizes were won by Mrs - Banks and Mr J. Ryan. In the even- ; ing's play, the winners were Mrs A. - M. Tierney and Mr R. Mclsaac, the - consolation winners being Mrs Calkin and Mr F. Mahanga.
