Notice is hereby~ given' that the Taupo Borough Council proposes at an Ordinary Meeting to be held on the 5th day of October 1955 to consider a motion to apply to the Local Government Loans Board for its sanction to the borrowing of the sum of £105,000 for the purpose of extensions to" the generating and transmission. system. The Security for such a loan shall be a Special 'Rate of threepence (3d) in the £ on the Unimproved Value of all rateable property in the Borough of Taupo. Any person having any objection to the proposed application is called upon to submit the same in writing to the Town Clerk, Taupo Borough Council, Taupo, not later than the day preceding the said meeting.
