Recent winners at the weekly progressive card evenings organised by the Taupo Women's Bowling Club were as follows. September 1, women, Mrs Douglas ; men, Mr G. M. Orickett ; consolation prizes, Miss G. Mclsaac and Mr R. Mclsaac. September 8, women, Mrs Watson; men, Mr a. M. Tierney; consolation prizes, Mrs Douglas and Mr F. Mahanga.
