FIRST AID COURSES AT TIHOI AND MAROA
A three weeks first aid course haS just been completed at Tihoi by Mr A. Kennedy, Field Officer, St. John Ambulance Brigade, under the specia training scheme provided by that organisation for sawmillers and bush undertakings. Thirty-eight took the course, and were to sit. the course exami nation yesterday, Thursday, August 4, which was to be taken by Dr G- West, of Taupo. Considerable interest is being shown in these courses. oue of which is to commence at Maroa on Monday next, August 8.
