PRE-WEDDING PARTY
Members of the Crusaders March- 5 ing Girls Club and their friends gathered* one evening last week at the home of Mr and Mrs N. George in honour of one of the Club members, Miss Mina Scott, who was married to Mr Ken Neame on the following Saturday. Musical items, games and competitions were enjoyed by all and a delicious supper was served, ] prepared by the Marching Girls with the assistance of Mrs Crawford in the unavoidable absence of her sister Mrs George. On behalf of the Club members, M j | C. B. Dent (Vice-president) present- 1 ed Miss Scott with a handsome tray | and cup, saucer and plate set. Miss | Scott, who wore a tailored frock of | blue Afghalaine with junior navy J accessories, briefly thanked members and others present for their gift and | good wishes.
