Beautifying Society's Offer

A letter to the Borough Council frorn Mrs E. O. Peacockr secretary of the Horticultural and Beautifying Society, statecl that the Committee of the Society would like to plant marigolds or other similar small plants in the flower boxes in front of the War Memorial Hall* and to tend same from time to time.
