Traffic Control
In a report to the Borough Council, Traffic Officer S. Miller stated full attention was being paid to unlighted bicycles and further prosecutions were pending. Twelve breaches of traffic regulations had been reported,, including two of exceeding 30 m.p.h. and two driving without due care and attention. The re-painting of the angle parking signs in the business area was said to be necessary.
