TAUPO COUNTY OFFICE STAFF VACANCIES 1 COUNTY INSPECTOR A starting salary of up to £800 a year will be paid to a man capable of carrying out building inspection and noxious weeds inspection. There may possibly be part time traffic inspection duties as well. ' 2. TRAINEE COUNTY INSPECTOR A good starting salary will be paid to the right type of young man, with excellent prospects of advancement to a salary range of £800 to £900 a year. The appointee will receive a thorough training, as this is a growing County offering the opportunity for a wide range of experience in building, roading, noxious weeds and, traffic control work. Previous experience is not essential, although so'me familiarity with building work would be an advantage. This is an excellent opoprtunity for any young man who would like to make a career of County field work. Both appointees will enjoy the usual local body conditions of employment. There is an optional staff superannuation scheme. Single accommodation with cooking facilities available at a very reasonable rental.
