Power for Broadlands
The Borough Council has received an inquiry from Mr A. F. Hawkins, Secretary of the Broadlands South Progress League, inquiring the position regarding the possible supply of electric power to the Broadlands South area, and asking for an indication as to contract terms if a supply were available. The council referred the matter to Mr Lloyd Mandeno, consulting engineer, for a report.
