THREE PLAYS IN JUNE
The Taupo Dramatic Society plans to present a triple bill, for a two night season, on Tuesday and Wednesday, June 14 and 15. When "Druid's Ring", by T.- B. Morris, was read before society members some time ago it was received with much favourable comment. The hope then expressed that it might be produced publicly is to be fulfilled, for it is one of the three plays chosen. Beryl Kennedy is to be the producer and some members who took part in the reading will be in the cast. Jack McBeth is to produce "Birds of a Feather", a Welsh comedy by J. O. Francis. Charles Leslie will produce the third play, to be announced later.
