Town Planning Appeals
The Town and Country Planning Appeal Board has notified that appeals against decisions of the jBorough Council have been set down for hearing at a sitting of the Appeal Board to commence at the Court VHouse, Taupo, at 10 a.m. on Monday, May 9. There are four appeal casest the appellants being (1) Messrs T. H. Gardiner, N. E. Felkin and J. H. Von Dadelszen; (2) M. S., R. J., artd G. McDonnell; (3) Tuck Bros. Ltd.; (4) Mrs E. R. King. The Board's notice of the hearing states that cases will be called in the foregoing order .and .not earlier than 10 a.m. Monday. May 9, for the first case; 10 a.m. .Tuesday for the second case:; and 10 .a.m. Wednesday for the thurcT and jfourth cases.
