Public Notices COUNTY OF TAUPO BY-LAW No. 1 (BUILDINGS) NOTICE is hereby given that the Taupo County Council acting through the Taupo County Commissioner pursuant to the Taupo County Act, 1954, on the 26th day of January, 1955, resolved by way of special order to ■ make a By-Law to be known as the Taupo County Council (Building) ByLaw No. 1, and that such special order will be submitted for confirmation by the said Taupo County Commissioner on Monday, the 28th day of February, 1955. The object or purport of the said By-Law is as follows : 1 — To make provision for the preliminary portion of a building By-Law including date of commencement, revocations, and charges for copies, interpretation and amendments. 2— To adopt Parts I to XII inclusive of the New Zealand Standard Code of Building By-Law with amendments, modifications and additions as set out in the By-Law. A copy of the proposed By-Law is deposited at the office of the County at Taupo, and remains open for inspection by the public during office hours.
