NO BICYCLE LAMPS

The matter of bicycles being used on Borough streets, and particulaily on the Lake Front Highway, without lam ps or reflectors, w.as mentioned at the recent Borough Council meeting. The Traffic Officer, Mr S. Miller, stated that ihe practice was a dangerous one, and that steps were being taken to see that foicycle riders eompHed with the law on the matter.
