QUEEN CARNIVAL FUND
£205 ADBED LAST WEEK Another £205 added to the Queen Carnival Fund for the week ending Friday last, brought the Carnival total up to £716/11/7. The target set for the Queen Carnival was £2000, and with over a third of this amount already paid in by the various Queen Committees prospects of the target figure being achieved seem good. The Carnival list now stands as follows: —
The Citizen's Queen now leads with £290, the Maori Queen is second with £226/11/7 and the Sports Queen is in third place with £200.
