£1 PRIZE FOR FIRST CORRECT SOLUTION OPENED The Citizens' Queen Committee has arranged a weekly quiz competition in aid of the Citizens' Queen candidate, Miss Margaret Smith. Each quiz will consist of six questions, and competitors may submit any number of entries. Each entry must be written in ink, on a separate sheet of paper, and be enclosed in an envelope marked "Queen Quiz," and each answer must be numbered to correspond with the question answered. Entries for this week's Quiz must reach the Taupo Book Club by 5 p.m., Thursday, October 7. Each entry must bear the competitor's name and address and must be accompanied by 6d for the Citizens' Queen Fund. A prize of £1 will be paid for the first correct solution opened. The winner's name and answers will appear in the "Taupo Times" of the week following the closing date.
