My pick for best value today is Tonga St., at £225 or Pihanga St., with good view at £250. There are a few sections left overlooking Golf Links from £190 upwards, the value of these sections is proved by the rate at which they have been selling (four sold last week-end) they are a splendid investment, bought on easy terms out of income. IT1 mention Riverside sections, but these are strictly for folk who require a sheltered, peaceful holiday retreat, with excellent fishing right at the door, and yet still very handy to the township. This will develop into an exclusive area. Sorry no terms. Plenty more offering, cottages, houses, businesses, light and heavy industrial sites, blocks of land from one to 15 acres, undeveloped land from 500 to 2500 acres.
