The security for such loan shall be a special rate of one and one half penny (lid) in the £ on the rateable Unimproved value of all rateable property in the Borough of Taupo. Any person having any objection to the proposed application is called upon to submit the same in writing to the Taupo Borough Council, not later than the day preceding the said meeting.
