FOREST FIRE FIGHTING Readers are reminded of the double-feature programme at the Majestic Theatre scheduled for tonight (Friday) — 'Jungle Man Hunt' and"Criminal Lawyer" — and Saturday's big attraction 'Beau Geste.' Amongst the coming features at the Majestic Theatre is a forest fire thriller, "Red Skies of Montana," to be screened on Tuesday, Maroh 9th. Richard Widmark, Constance Smith and Jeffrey Hunter have the leading roles in this dramatic Technicolor of forest fire fighting with an interplay of human passions. Of topical interest at this time of for- - est fire-hazards in the Taupo - Country, this feature is up to the minute. Programme for Tuesday, March 9th, is another of the Tarzan series of exploits by the ape-nian as played in the star role by Lex Barker. "Rainbow Round My Shoulder," for Wednesday, March lOtii, is a musical comedy starring Frankie Lane and Billy Daniels — a riot of J music, action and colour. Friday's attraction (March 12th) is a story of the bold bad buccaneers beloved by readers of adventure stories. "Yankee Buccaneers" presenting JefT Chandler, Scott Brady and Susan Ball, revolves round the exploits of a U.S. warship ordered to scuttle a pirate fleet in the Spanish Main (the old name for the Caribbean Sea). "Boots Malone," the Saturday matinee and evening feature is a * thrilling racing drama (Universal Exhibition), with William Holden and Jimmy Stewart bang in the picture with he-man roles to their liking.
