TAUPO BOROUGH COUNCIL PENALTY ON RATES Pursuant to Section 76 of the Rating Act 1925, public notice is hereby given that Ten Per Cent (10%) will be added to all unpaid rates for the year 1953-54 outstanding after 14th February 1954.

DOG REGISTRATION PUBLIC notice is hereby given in pursuance of Section 8 of the Dog j Registration Act 1908 that the Fee i for Registration of Dogs in the Borough of Taupo for 1954 has been fixed at Ten* Shillings for each dog. Attention is also drawn to Section 4 of the Dog Registration Amendment Act 1937 to the effect that in addition to the fee payable under the Principal Act for the registration of a dog there shall be payable in respect of the supply of an approved remedy for the prevention of Hydatid Disease, a fee of a prescribed amount (Fixed by Regulation of 1/- for each dog registered) and until payment of the additional fee, registration shall not be deemed to have been made. The above fee is now payable at the Borough Office, Taupo. M. A. R. MILTON, Acting Town Clerk.
