MAJESTIC THEATRE
The Majestic Theatre has secured an early booking of "Salome" to be seen at matinee and evening performances on Saturday and also at an additional evening performance on Monday. In this picture, which was first shown in New Zealand about the middle of this year, scores of great moments in biblical history spring to life with Technicolor realism, and Rita Hayworth in an impressive performance as "Salome" dances before Herod and his court, the legendry "Dance of the Seven Veils." Charles Laughton, Stewart Granger and Sir Cedric Hardwicke are names which help to assure that this is a tip-top picture.
