GOOD SAVE BY FIRE BRIGADE
\ The Taupo Volunteer Fire Brigade made a good save on Sunday morning last when a fire broke out in a wash-house at Mr G. F. Tabernacle's residence in Roberts Street. Two engines were quickly on the spot and though the wash-house was a total loss the adjacent house was saved, although the wall had actually caught alight.
