JUDGMENT SUMMONS CASES

Newberry v. H. Collins, £8/0/4 and £1/1/- solicitor's fee. Debtor ordered to pay 10/- per week in default 9 days imprisonment. C. J. McEwen v. George Makai, £13/10/4 and solicitor's fee £1/11/6. Debtor ordered to pay forthwith in default 15 days imprisonment.
