The area thus rnade available comprises 108 building sections. It is accessible by the Old Napier Road, which leaves the Taupo-Turangi Highway near Edgewater Lodge, and thence by the roads through the former Gradwell Estate subdivision, or by Hawai Road, which branches from the Turangi Highway opposite Mr Laidlaw's property near Kaiwaka Point.
