MOBILE X-RAY UNIT
TAUPO NOT VISITED At the meeting 0f the Waikato Hospital Board on Monday of last week Mr C. S. Andrews, who represents the Taupo area on the Board, made a strong protest against the omission of Taupo from the towns recently visited in tiho Waikato Eoard's district by the mobile X-ray unit of the Taranaki Hospital BoaiTL Mr Andrews stated that the Health Department was responsible and that the action was unwarranted. He visited Taupo and arranged for the unit to be there three days, and there was opportunity for it to cto work there. That opportunity had been lost. The Board decided to investfgate the matter.
