GOLF MATCH RESULTS

The Mixed Four some Stableford Bogey match played on Sunday, April 5, was won by Mrs Anderson and Mr Halsey, of Mangakino, with 33 points. Mr and Mrs K. E. Young tied for second place with Mrs Spencer (Te Puke) and Mr Jacobs (Wanganui), 30 points. ©espite the very wet weather of Monday 6, the Mixed N Four Ball Bogey match was played and resulted* in Mrs Logan and Mr Sherning winning on the count back from Mr and Mrs Collett, all square. The Men's Four Ball bogey match was won by Mr Cheal and Mr Jacobs, five up. On Thursday 9, the ladies played a Stableford Bogey which was won by Mrs Hullten 33 ■points, with Mrs Collett second, 28 points.

The Putaruru Golf Club team will play at Taupo on Sunday, April 19, in the first round for the Ewert SMeld. '
