(Receiver Appointed) I have to advise that by resolution dated 18th day of March, 1953 and pursuant to powers contained in a debenture issued pursuant to a resolution duly passed by the company I have been appointed Receiver of the above company. All monies owing to the company should be paid forthwith at the office of Messieurs Prime & Moirel, Heu Heu Street, Taupo and the only accounts recognised shall be those authorised in writing by Ian Langdon Prime or Mervyn Joseph Morel or their duly appointed nominees.
