(To the EditoiD Sir. — May I suggest that it is time the "P'owers-that-be"- consider the zoning of Thupo ? There are some factories now estabiished in residential district s that are a source of muoh discomfort to residents in the!" vicinity. I know from experience what a nuisance a faetory may become. Perhaps an abler pen than mine will take this matter up and so strengtheh the hand of the Town Board in a difficult job. — I am, etc.,
