FLOOD DISASTER APPEAL
SUBSCRIPTION LIST We reihind our readers of the National Appeal for funds to assist in the European flood disaster, in connection with which a subscription list has been opened at the Taupo Town Board office following a message to the Chairman, Mr J. E. Story, from the Prime Minister, Mr Helland. The list to Friday last follows.
Dutch People Support Appeal. At the request of the Netherlands Minister in Wellington, Mrs P. Bangma, Settlement,. Huka Street, opened a subscription list for flood sufferers in Holland appealing for help from the Dutch people of Taupo. The list is as follows: —
