PROHIBITION OF FIRES TAUPO COUNTY TOKOROA — TAHORAKURI RURAL FIRE DISTRICTS Public Notiee is hereby given under the Forest & Rural Fir.es Aet 1947, that eommecing on the 9th day of October, 1952, and until 30th April 1953, uniess a written permit has been obtained from one of the undermentioned Rural Fire Officers, the Hghting of fires is prohibited in the following portions of Taupo County: All that area outside the Tokoroa and Tahora-Kuri Rural Fire Districts lying generally between Lake Taupo, Oruanui and Aratiatia Rapids .and bounded on the west by the western boundary of Tuhingamata West •Survey District and on the south east by the unformed road running from Whakaipu Bay to the 0 ruanui-Taup o Road, then by the Waitoa- Wairakei Highway to its junction with Section 2, Block X Tatua Survey District, thence to the north east by the north west boundary of this seetion to its interseetion with the Wairakei Stream, thence by this stream to its junction with the Waikato River, thence by that river to its junction with Tahora Kuri Rural Fire District below Aratiatia Rapids. In addition, all that area generally ncrth east of Oruanui and between the Tokoroa Rural Fire District on the west, the Tahora-Kuri Fire District on the South east and the Waikato River on the north east. > Rural Fire Officers: L. €.
