Expectancy of Life.
The life expectancy of modern man has been increased to almost 70 years and chances are that fufcure generations will have a still longer span of life. Recent statistics of the Oflice of Vital Statistics of the Umted States showed that^ expectation of life at birth had risen, to 66.8 years, as compared to only 40 years aboai a ceiitury ago. In otlier words, in four generations the expectation of life has risen about 27 years, or by two thirds.
