Ande^sonBak, Justices, Ta Mamutu William Cbase, married, age 25, who was •aiTested by Constable Mills the previous Saturday cn a charge of drunkenness when driving a truck on the Lake Front Road, pleaded guilty and was convicted, fined £25, and his licence cancelled for 12 months. Before Messrs V. T. Fail and W. H. Kent, Justices, on Tuesday, December 9tli, Andrew Henny, age 27, of Nukuhau, Taupo, was chairged with being unlawfully on enclosed premises — the Spa Hotel — but without intent to commit a crime, on Monday, December oth. He was eon■victeu and fmed £5. Constable Mills prosecuted.
