TAUPO DRAMATIC SOCIETY
The guest producer of the Taupo Dramatic Society, Mr Arnold Goodwin has been working the cast very hard during the past week. He has stepped up the rehearsals at the week-ends in order to provide every opportunity to the players to give the fin^l polish to their performances in ,the week before the first production, which is to be given three days before Christmas. The cast is as foliows: — Edith, Beryl Kennedy. Ruth, Shirley Laughton. Charles Condomine, Hedley Gibson. Dr Bradman, Charles Leslie. Mrs Bradman, Iris Osborne. Madame Arcati, Dulcie Cohen. Elvira, Sally Kent. As will be seen in our advertising columns the preferential bookings for this sparkling comedy by Noel Coward open at the Carnival Office today. Those who wi-sh to give this lively new society some help, to assure themselves goods seats for their future performances and to take advantage of the opportunity to attend some delightful play readings should take early steps to join up.
