The annual team match, President's versus Captain's teams, was p'ayed on Sunday, September 21st., vhen the President's team was deieated by 4 to 2. The match results were as follows. (Presidents team mentioned first) Wilson and Miss Branson lost to A. M. Smith and Mrs Hullten; Cheal and Miss McKelvie halved with Young and Mrs Colbeck; Robins on and Mrs Douglas beat D. Neame and Miss Orr; Collett and Mrs Cheal lost to Stephenson and Mrs Bush; Pearse and Mrs Collett beat Woodward and Mrs Peacocke; Vedder and Beale lost to Sherning and Wright; J. Young and Hills lost to Gibson and Brown. In the Senior Qhampionship, E. Smith beat D. J. Falker, so the semi-final matches are as follows: — A. M. Smith plays K. Rameka; D. Neame plays E. Smith. The fourth round of the Neame Trophy was played by the ladies on Thursday, the best score handed in being Mrs Bush, 30; Mrs Hullten, 26; Mrs Young, 25.
