Organiser's Repo"rt. The Organiser advised the meeting that Mr C. McLean had offered the use of the Bank of New South Wales office in the Main Street as an Organiser rs Office. Moved that a letter be sent to Mr McLean accepting the offer and thanking him. Miss Taupo. It was suggested that there should be a Miss Taupo Competition, suggested prize offered to be a plane frip round New Zealand, or to Fiji, or to Norfolk Island, or a plane trip fo Australia, subject to funds available. \The Organiser stated he had written to White's Aviation regarding the cost of plane trips etc., and it was decided by the Executive to deier the matter of Miss Taupo until the next meeting, pending a reply from White's Aviation. The Organiser stated that up to the moment there was little evidence of support from other Societies. The newly - formed Drama Society is most enthusiastic, and there is no doubt that some very successful plays will be presented by them, for funds for the new HalL Guy Fawke's Night.
