For August to date, 3.92 inches, Temperature. — Maximum for week, 58.2 degrees on Sunday, August 24th., and Friday, 29th. Maximum for August to-date, 62.0 degrees on Tuesday August 5th# Minimum for week, 29 degrees on Thursday, August 26th. Minimum for August, 28.8 degrees on Tuesday, August 19th. Frosts were recorded as follows: .2 degrees on August 23rd. 7.0 degrees on I August 25th, 8.6 degrees on August 26thfc 4.0 degrees on August 27th,
