Saturday's big draw is a stirring Western drama in which "Winchester '73," described as the brand of the famous rifle in American history, supplies the highlight, with James Stewart, Dan Duryea, Stephen McNally, and — the sole woman in the entire cast — Shelley Winters, as the leading characters. The Winchester repeating rifle, issued in 1873, made a great name for its accuracy of fire, and played a nctable part in the pioneering days of the American West.
