TAUPO HYDRO SCHEME
Reticulation Contract At a special meeting of the Taupo Town Board on Monday evening, July 21, the board's consulting engineer, Mr Mandeno, reported that Mr V. R, Morrison, electrical contractor, Auckland, who was the successful tenderer for the electrical reticulation, had asked to be released from his contract because he had been unable to secure the necessary labour required to earry out the work. The board agreed to release Mr Morrison and accepted the next !ow~ est tender, namely, that of Messrs Lysaght and Sullivan, contractors. Auckland.
