TAUPO TOWN BOARD BUILDING PERMITS PUBLIC NOTICE is liereby given that as from publication of this notice the Taupo Town Board's Building By-Laws will be rigidlyepforced. All buildings to be erected in the future, the Builder or Owner must in the first instance submit Plans and Specifications and obtaim a Permit on payment of a prescribed fee. Any Builder or Person found building without a Permit, or commencing the erection of a building, contrary to the abpve, immediate prosecution will follow without further notice. S. TAUPO TOWN BOARD NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Taupo Town j Board held on Wednesday 16th July 1952, the following resolution intended to operate as a Special Order was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at a Special Meeting of the Board to be held on Wednesday the 20th day of August, 1952. RESOLUTION "That in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Local Bodies Loans Act 1926 and its amendments, the Local Government Loans Board Act 1926 and regulations thereunder and every other power in that behalf enahling it, the Taupo Town Board hereby authorises the raising of a Special Loan of £5000. 0. 0. for the purpose of constructing new A.C. Baths." That security of such Special Loan shall be a special rate of seven-six-teenth of a penny (7/16d.) in the pound on the rateable, unimproved value of all rateable property in the Town District of Taupo. Pursuant to Section 3 of the Local Bodies Loans Amendment Act 1951, nctice is hereby given that a Poll of Ratepayers is required to be taken if five (5) per centum of the ratepayers of the district so demand by writing under their hands, delivered or sent by post to the Taupo Town Board before the date fixed for the confirmation oi the resolution to raise the Special Loan.
