KENT LAND AGENT, TAUPO P.O. BOX 155 PHONES: Business 94; Private 118 K They are stiif buying ! It evidentiy takes peopie from outside Taupo to realise the future possibi ! ities of the Town. I have previously listed the prospects of deveiopment in the Taupo area. The latest rumour is that Sulphur is now being shipped away from Rotokawa. Just another sign of solid'' and definite progjress ! it is a depiorable fact that there is no private boardc ng acccommodation offeringyoung men employed in offices in the Town and this feature is becoming more acute as the business section of the town deveiops. I have just beeri given a property to sell, which could help to aileviate the shortage, and provide the purchaser with a good source of income. It consists of a good corner section, dwelling with three bedrooms and conveniences, and also an attached building containing three rooms — not quite completed. A handyman could complete this building, making the tf-jree-roomed annexe self-contained and would have no trouble in letting it. Price for the property in its present state is £2,775. This works out at less than £2 per foot. T. M. KENT TAUPO
