FLIGHT OF ANGLERS
With the end of the fishing season there has been a flight of visiting anglers home to their winter auarters. A correspondent, writing from Turangi, says "there is really nothing happening. With the exodus at the end of the fishing season we have settled down to our usual winter season of quiet peacefulness, and the lodges have been emptied of all visitors . "The weather has improved this week, a welcome change after the month of most unpleasant wet windy weather that we endured prior to it."
