NOTICE TO MAKE RETURNS UNDER THE LAND AND INCOME TAX ACT, 1923, AND AMENDMENTS , Notice is hereby given that returns of income for the year ended 31st March, 1952, are required from: (a) All companies, all persons in business (including farmers), and all trustees, executors, and adminstrators, (irrespective of whether a profit or loss has been made; and (b) All other persons who derive during the year, income from salary, wages, interest, rent, annuity, divi- j dend, or other sources, where the I total income so derived exceeded £300. j Such returns are required to be delivered or forwarded to the branch office of the Land and Income Tax Department where the taxpayer's records are ftled, (a) Not later than June 3, 1952, where returns are for a year ending on any one day falling in the period October 1, 1951, to March 81, 1952. (b) Within two months of balance date where returns are for a year ending on any day falling in the period April 1, 1952, to September, 30, 1952, inclusive. Return forms are available at all post offices or from any office of the Land and Income Tax Department.
