HOLIDAY CYCLISTS

ISCHOOLBOYS PROM HAMILTON In the course of a vacation cycling trip a party of 22 schoolboys from Hamilton arrived in Taupo on Tuesday evening last week. The party, which was under the charge of Messrs S. E. Mead and Christie, of the Hamilton High School Staff, consisted of members of the Crusader Movement, an interdenominational organisation with groups jin many of the High Schools and colleges. The party were billetted for the night in the Sunday School room at St. PauTs Church and in the evening visited the thermal baths at the Spa as the guests of Mr and Mrs J. W. Birnie. After being entertained to breakfast at the Presbyterian Manse the following morning the party set out for Rotorua. Those who met the lads were most favourably impressed with their bearing and conduct.
