Very good fishing has been experienced at the Delta, particularly at the main mouth. A few good sized nsh mcluding a 7| pounder brought in by Mr Sanderson have been obtained as far up as the Duchess pool. An eight pounder w^as taken at Major Jones pool by Mr Fress' party. The Lower Tongairo has been fishing well, the largest fish recently being a 131b. brown landed at the Bend bv Mr Fearon Grace. y
